Medical cannabis in Thailand: before your visit

Start with the current rules
Thailand’s Tourism Authority describes cannabis flower as a controlled substance and states that recreational use is prohibited. Its visitor guidance requires a valid Thai prescription for medical access. Check the official guidance linked below before your visit, as requirements can change.
The June 2025 notice limits prescribed quantities to medical need, with a maximum 30-day supply. That ceiling is not an automatic entitlement: an individual assessment determines whether treatment is appropriate.
Preparing for your consultation
Before you arrive, write down what you want to ask, your current medicines and supplements, and any previous experience you want to discuss. Contact the team to confirm which identification or medical documents you should bring. Keep sensitive medical details for your clinical conversation; the online reservation form only needs your contact details.
Useful questions include: Who will assess me? What documents are needed? What are the consultation fees? What follow-up is available during my stay? Ask these before making plans around treatment.
Arranging a visit in Koh Lanta
Cloud 420 is at 124 Moo 2, Koh Lanta Yai, Krabi 81150, in the Klong Nin area. The seasonal reopening date is 25 October 2026. From that date, hours are 10:00–23:00 every day, local Thailand time (UTC+7).
Choose an arrival slot on our booking page, then wait for the team to confirm the appointment and clinician availability. Slots are spaced 30 minutes apart; that spacing does not define consultation length. Keep your booking reference if you need to contact us about a change.
